Today was the day to give 3 does nestboxes, but I saw them carrying hay in their mouth, so I gave them their boxes early. All three built, but they get in it a little to eat, and it mats the hay down, so I gave them more today. I will keep you posted on kindling times when it happens. I have also posted some photos of a mother and young stock.

Wow! I attended my first show yesterday, it was so much fun, I must thank the lady at the show who fixed my rabbits tatoo, and she did it for free! I was at the show and everyone was so helpful and sweet.

The shelves of our grocery stores are filled with genetically-modified (GM) vegetables. The cows/meat in your Big Mac are fed genetically-modified corn and tons of antibiotics, and they wonder why antibiotics don't work on H1N1. Tell the FDA to take GM corn off the market and put safety over profits http://www.thepetitionsite.com/takeaction/755645429?z00m=19825385

I have noticed that summer kits and winter kits are different in the way they grow and develop, below are some photos, the winter kit has a thicker coat, and noticeably shorter ears, and a shorter body. The summer kit (not really summer just raised in my basement at a constant 70 degrees.) has much longer ears and and a longer body and better fur quality. Please feel free to comment on why these rabbits from the same genetics (the mothers were sisters) are different

Our new litters are growing fast, we lost a couple of litters, and have one case of nestbox eye, (that will be culled)
The others are gaining rapidly and are about 6 weeks old.
Our New Zealand white rabbits are quick gaining, I usually cull at about 8-12 weeks, keeping the best prospects till I see growth and good meat or show quailties. I have a litter of pedigree stock available at this time, call 802-371-9387 or email
